Since its inception in October 2018, 4MyCiTy Inc. has significantly impacted food security by rescuing and distributing over 225 million pounds of food, translating to approximately 187 million meals provided to families facing hunger. This substantial achievement highlights our dedication to reducing food waste and addressing hunger through efficient resource management and community engagement. During the COVID-19 pandemic, 4MyCiTy demonstrated exceptional adaptability and commitment to disaster support by expanding its operations beyond its usual scope. Recognizing the increased need during this global crisis, we extended our services to support families across 18 states in the U.S., showcasing our capacity to scale operations and provide essential aid during times of heightened need. This expansion not only involved increasing the quantity of food distributed but also enhancing our logistical and operational frameworks to meet the diverse needs of a broader audience. Our ability to respond swiftly and effectively in a disaster context has solidified 4MyCiTy's reputation as a resilient and essential service provider in the realm of humanitarian aid and environmental sustainability.

4MyCiTy is a wonderful organization that addresses the inherent absurdities within our food system: that 40% of our food goes to waste while millions of Americans face food insecurity. They fight climate change, hunger, and tradition. Not to mention the people there are shining lights.
Wonderful organization, lovely staff. Produce is great quality and helps me save so much on my grocery bills. Compost program is my favorite. So easy to do and I have less trash because of the program.
They’ve always provided my family with generous amounts of food for my home, and taught me a lot about composting and helping the environment. A great non-profit that I’m very grateful for!

4mycity throughly explains what we can individually do to help the environment and makes the process so easy for us. The compost program is as simple as putting food scraps in a smell proof bag and bringing it back. With food, there is always fresh fruits and vegetables! It is truly an incredible service.
