I enjoy attending 3/31 team us events because they make a difference in my community. They teach people not only about mental and chronic illness, but also methods of coping and give valuable resources. I have attended educational sessions and a painting event where poetry related to mental health and relationships were presented. I highly suggest them if you wish to have a community of kind and informed people on your side who understand that its okay to not be okay!

I met the Founder Neak of 3/31 Team Us a couple of years ago through a mutual acquaintance. When I learned of their mission to "raise awareness" about chronic and invisible illness I was interested only to find that they also "inspire, educate and motivate" others battling chronic and invisible illnesses. Their work within the community is appreciated and continues to touch those effected by chronic and invisible illnesses. While there is still more that can be done to support those who suffer with chronic and invisible illnesses this nonprofit steps up to the plate every time going above and beyond the call of their mission.

I have been dealing with Anxiety and depression for more than half of my life. I hid it and always felt as if I kept it a secret, no one could see this invisible illness I was facing. I ended up finding 3/31 on Facebook and they talked about living not just surviving your invisible illnesses. I then started going to group sessions and it became family! I then became a proud donors! 3/31 has got me through tough times and I'm definitely appreciative!
