Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Community Improvement & Capacity Building
Mission: INRC, through facilitation, training and coaching, strengthens the capacity of neighborhood-based organizations and neighbors to mobilize existing assets, support grassroots leadership and foster collaboration.
Target demographics: transform our community by empowering neighbors make targeted, powerful changes within their own communities and connect with and leverage existing resources
Direct beneficiaries per year: 664 neighbors and over 40 neighborhood associations and partnering organizations (not for profits, schools, and government).
Geographic areas served: neighborhoods across Indianapolis
Programs: facilitation, training, and coaching, that strengthens the capacity of neighborhood-based organizations and neighbors to mobilize existing assets, support grassroots leadership, and foster collaboration. We strengthen neighborhoods by developing the talent of grassroots leaders and facilitating change.
