My son is apart of mentoring program. I have to tell you this is what young men need to see these days. I can honestly say it first I was a little bit skeptical about the program, but I can honestly say as well what they see is what you be is exactly what the mentors mean, and demonstrate to these young men. They give them positive things to look at in a world that is filled with negative images of who they are. If you’re looking for a place for a young man to mature and grow, this is the place and these are the people. The mentors give the mentees a place in an atmosphere for them to be themselves and grow as young black men they give them topics to think about and they give them space to speak the truth, even if it’s not popular belief.
