This will be the 5th ponytail I'll be donating My Mom & Dad both had cancer and I want to help someone who needs a wig so they can feel more comfortable.

This organization is incredible. They are able to help empower women and local leaders in very hard to reach places. Their model of focusing on local leaders providing solving local problems using local solutions is such a breath of fresh air.

This is a great organization that brings access to books and smiles to kids all over the county.

Since 2014 I have been part of an amazing organization that gives dignity and hope to so many little girls simply with a pillow case. The dress, whether out of fabric or pillow case is a simple act of Love. Every dress in every size is distributed by volunteers in many countries throughout the world including here in the USA. <br>Over 9,000,000 and counting. <br>With so many obstacles in many countries for young girls, just knowing and seeing first hand in 2019 the joy one dress, pair of shorts, Sani pads and panties and so much more that generous donors give, truly filled my heart. <br>SMILES & tears. <br> <br>It started with a pillow case for myself and my husband, yes he sews, to make 2015 a Memorable Journey. We ended 2015 with over 2,015 dresses. It has become a passion because LDFA has a Joyful mission. <br>We had wells drilled in our grandchildren’s names. They are now part of villagers whose lives and spirits have been lifted. Making someone’s life easier is what LDFA constantly strives toward. The generosity of many who have and continue to step up and have just one well drilled will serve over 3,000 villagers. Many walk over 5 miles for that one bucket of clean water. Again, a small act but a huge impact. <br> <br>LDFA has expanded their areas of contributing over the years. We encourage everyone to look at a simple act of “Pay It Forward” for yourself and family or someone you may know who is looking for a way to make a HUGE difference in so many lives. The Santa Claus girls made our Christmas. When I was a young child of 5, my daddy went in the hospital. He was there for many years and never returned home. My mother was pregnant with her ninth child. She sold the farm and moved into town, thinking life would be easier. It was still difficult. I remember the first Christmas the Santa Claus girls came to our home. We had a scraggly little tree in the living room and I believe it was the day before Christmas Eve. It was dark outside and a truck pulled into our driveway and unloaded several large boxes. Everything was wrapped and there were three gifts for each of us nine children. 27 beautiful gifts under our sad little tree. For many years thereafter the Santa Claus girls showed up at our house with gifts for all. It was so exciting for us kids and made my mother so happy. I try to donate to them every year.

The Soccer Club of Rockford (SCOR) is an awesome organization focused on teaching the game of soccer to kids in the community while teaching them life skills that benefit them both on and off the field. It's run by a group of volunteers who put there hearts and souls into helping the kids become better athletes and well rounded individuals. I can't say enough good things about this club.

Camp Roger has been around for almost 100 years and is such a blessing to the community. Kids from all over get to spend a week learning about God in such a beautiful setting. My girls both went to Camp Roger for many years and have developed their strong faith thru this camp. I now donate to the camp and will continue to do so for many years. Excellent counselors, staff, directors, volunteers have made Camp Roger one of the highest quality camps in Michigan. I encourage you to check out their web site.
