Bais Chana is the best online school/community in the world with the best teachers I have ever had the privilege of learning with. All Bais Chana teachers are the most knowledgeable, positive and giving teachers of Torah and Chassidus. I stop my work every day at 2pm EST to attend the daily zoom classes with Itty Kay and a beautiful community of women from around the world. It is the most educational and inspirational part of my day. The weekly Chassidus classes at 10:15am EST on Sundays taught by phenomenal Rebbetzins of Chabad is the best start of the week if you are looking for strength and inspiration and deep Torah insights. And if you are interested in learning Tanya, there is no one like Rabbi Kaufmann. Only half an hour a week on Tuesdays at 2:45pm EST opens up a whole new world of the intimate part of Torah. Bais Chana is the biggest Blessing for all Jewish women, I sincerely hope that more women discover this gold for the soul.

I can call Raje my second home and the people there my second family. The people of RAJE welcome Jews of all walks of life, with open arms. I have been a part of RAJE for less than two years and I can say my spiritual growth has sky rocketed ever since joining. It’s not just a trip, it’s not just a class, it’s not just a movement, it’s a family that gives you the opportunity connect to your soul on deep level. The best part of it all is that you are witnessing others doing the same. Growing up non observant, I have never thought I would be engaging with Orthodox Rabbi’s, having questions and open dialogues in nonjudgmental environment. The staff at raje are some of my closest friends! I couldn’t be more grateful to Raje because they have given me the tools and wisdom to be grateful and the hunger to learn more!!! THANK YOU RAJE!!

I found out about the Sato Project years ago from a woman I met at a fundraiser for my nonprofit Keep Me Warm Doghouses, Inc. She told me she was moving to Puerto Rico to volunteer. I googled them and saw all the amazing work Miss Beckles and her team were doing. I am a supporter because of all the dogs and cats being helped throughout the island getting their second chance because of this incredible woman and her team. They have helped in so many ways through their food distribution, spay/neuter and vaccinate program to dog owners throughout the island. They have saved thousands over the years on dead dog beach and beyond by rescuing them, vaccinating, spay/neuter, rehabilitation and freedom flying them to the mainland to fosters and their adoptive families. There are so many strays needing help on the island, and she has made an incredible impact in tackling the problem. Kudos to her, her team, the fosters and adopters making a huge difference for the strays of Puerto Rico!

Dear People:<br>Though we are living here in the USA, we are poor. Our son in Israel will remarry soon, but he has no money. We have to gather about $4,000 for clothing and wedding expenses. We cannot give him money, because we don’t have it. We don’t want to come to the wedding, because we don’t have the money for the tickets. If we would have that kind of money, we would happily give it to our son for his wedding. Maybe you could help us, even if only for a little bit?

I am so impressed with the many things TEAL does to help women (their families and friends) who are dealing with ovarian cancer, as well as, raising awareness and funding research. Their staff and volunteers are genuinely caring and their events are inspirational. I have found that starting my Wednesday mornings with a meditation workshop offered by TEAL has been so beneficial. It has taught me tools to use when I am feeling stressed or just need to take a moment for myself and regroup. TEAL truly is AMAZING!

Puah Institute is a wonderful organization which is devoted to helping couples with fertility problems and women in all stages of life fulfill their dream of building a family while also offering worldwide supervision of fertility treatments.<br>Couples worldwide receive personal counseling, free of charge, in a most sensitive, caring and discreet environment according to halacha. The counselors are experts in specialized training in modern reproductive medicine as well as rabbinical knowledge. They also refer their couples to the appropriate doctor who specializes in the treatment required. I know firsthand of friends who have been helped by Puah's involvement, guidance and tremendous devotion and caring.

I have traveled with Global Autism since 2019 to Ecuador, Kenya, and India. The work that the organization allows you be apart of is not only life changing for the people we serve, it is life changing for you. I look forward to traveling with them in 2025.

MCIF, The Maura Clarke - Ita Ford Center, is truly changing the lives of immigrants. MCIF is helping individuals to improve their own lives, by giving them the tools for a better life. Those that participate at the Maura Clarke - Ita Ford Center leave with hope and the opportunity for success. I have been impressed that MCIF does so much good, with limited resources. The focus of the agency is helping those that walk through the doors. If there were more Nonprofits like the Maura Clarke - Ita Ford Center, the world would be a better place.

I've worked as an advisor for the Katal Center for over two years. I deal with many nonprofit organizations in my day-to-day work, and few of them have a purpose and mission that so strongly resonates with my personal beliefs. I've had the honor of working with their amazing staff and have never met a group so dedicated to making a positive impact in their community. If you are considering volunteering or donating to any charitable organization and want to make a real difference, you won't find any as deserving and worthwhile as the Katal Center.

I have been a monthly contributor for several years. I appreciate the work that Equal Justice USA does to uphold the dignity of each individual. They support victims, incarcerated people, and those who work in the justice/legal system with the goal of justice, healing, and systemic reform.

Foster dogs helped me feel confident starting my foster journey! I attended a live info session (pre-covid) and it was so helpful to ask questions and meet other foster volunteers. Their fb group is an amazing resource for anyone caring for a rescue. The first night my foster dog wouldn’t stop howling. I posted on the forum around 10pm, and within minutes I had suggestions, one of which worked! Thanks for helping this first time foster mom feel confident, Foster Dogs!

Volunteering at AMA for the past few months has given me so much warmth and healed a part of my soul. To be able to see first hand how dedicated the team is to each and every rescue is truly a blessing. Our rescues are loved and treated like family, from choosing their names, to picking out their winter coats and favorite boots, and memorizing their favorite toys. This is such a wonderful community of humans that show up for these Angels, transforming their pain into newfound hope and bright futures. It is the best kind of heartbreak when I see a friend being adopted and leaving for their forever home. Thank you AMA for your unwavering strength and resilience!

Volunteering with Seeds in the Middle has been one of the most meaningful and uplifting experiences I’ve had. This organization does incredible work empowering Brooklyn youth and communities through healthy food access, sports, education, and creative programs. You can feel the impact immediately. What stands out most is how hands-on, community-centered, and genuinely caring the team is. Every project is rooted in listening to local families, supporting young leaders, and making real change—from running fresh farm stands to organizing sports leagues to bringing nutrition and gardening into schools. As a volunteer, I always felt welcomed and valued. The team gives you real opportunities to contribute, learn, and see your work make a difference. Whether I was helping with outreach, supporting events, or assisting with fundraising and digital projects, I could see how even small efforts help strengthen the larger mission.

As a researcher on complexity and systems change in community development, I feel that ioby exemplifies a true understanding of how systems are transformed; is committed to authentic community leadership, power and agency; is willing to take risks (after careful consideration) that many other funders and partners are unwilling to do; and demonstrates a long-term commitment to the communities in which they work. There aren't many organizations that I can speak of in this fashion, and I am proud to be a supporter of ioby.

I was so impressed with how thorough and helpful Twenty Paws Rescue was from the moment I spoke with them (almost 7 years ago) and still to this day! They were patient and helped me figure out what pup was best for me and made sure I was the right fit for him. Finding the right home for Jax was their first priority and I can’t imagine my life without my best friend! Literally the best and most profound experience.. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Twenty Paws! Jax is the love of my life and I will forever be so grateful to our friends at Twenty Paws! ❤️??????

We have participated in CityScience trips for the past 3 years, and each trip has been an amazing and engaging experience for our third grade students. We highly recommend CityScience to any school interested in connecting what they are learning in science to a real world outdoor experience. It is truly a hands-on learning adventure.

I was a teacher at Lyons Community School and I can't imagine where the school would be without the Urban Workshop program. Dan and Jonas provide a uniquely hands on learning experience to some of our school's toughest students. They create many opportunities for these students to be successful in ways that don't happen in a traditional classroom setting. This is a program that genuinely changes lives.

Pilots to the Rescue is a top notch organization that does so much to rescue animals in danger of being euthanized (due to shelter overcrowding). PTTR flies the animals to other facilities in the country where they have a chance to find a home. PTTR believes no animal should be killed just because it doesn't have a home. Top Dog Michael Schneider and the other volunteer members are passionate about their mission. For these reasons, I heartily support and recommend this wonderful charity!

I have volunteered, fostered and adopted from Badass Animal Rescue and they are truly something special. When they commit to a dog, they COMMIT to that dog. They make sure he/she gets the training, the medical care, and the support needed while in their care. They do not discriminate by breed, size or age - this means sometimes taking dogs that other rescues leave behind. And they work with adopters to help make sure that everyone is set up for success after adoption. All 3 of my dogs were adopted from Badass. One was really fearful initially but turned into a friendly social boy with just a few months care. Another was a young puppy with a serious injury to her leg that almost required amputation. And the third was a senior with a handful of medical needs that required attention. Today all three are thriving because Badass got them the care and attention they needed. I would recommend Badass to anyone looking to adopt, foster or volunteer!

My seven year old son is entering his 4th year as a Bonnie. He loves the game of baseball and the Bonnie's have helped him to develop and grow as a player and as a person. The Bonnie's are truly a family that works together to make everybody better. I volunteer with this organization as a small way for me to give back to a group that has given us so much.

AMPHS exemplifies what a non-profit organization should look like on the ground, in the trenches, in the belly of the community. What they offer the residents of Sunset Park Brooklyn and Brooklyn proper is a seamless, professional, sentient team of health centered change agents who are a force that staunchly combats the health care issues the plague the underserved residents in the community. Kudos to this awesome "keyosi" and cadre of health care professionals. Margaret Pemberton, Turning Point

Simply the best! <br> <br>I sing their praises every year as I have watched the young women in action discussing issues with Coach Springer of Rutgers, Speaker Christine Quinn of the NYC Council, Tina Fey at the 10th anniversary fund raiser and at guest breakfasts during summer session. I have also housed a young Summer Institute dean and seen how the program impacted her and her continuing interest in her "girls" and other deans a year later. <br> <br>Sadie Nash Leadership Project just goes from strength to strength. The NYC projects are thriving as is Newark NJ. The young women who go through this experience largely go on to good colleges and beyond, the majority becoming professionals, and they tend to stay involved in social justice causes. Many come back to Sadie Nash to teach or be a Summer Institute Dean. The bonds they form while there endure, creating a real network of strong women to help each other in ongoing ways for the long term. This is not just summer camp, this is life changing. <br> <br>Long resistant to growing faster than than they can assure the quality of their programs, yet consistently asked to bring Sadie Nash to venues around the country, Cecelia and her team are now developing a model to train people in other cities in their methods. This will allow for independent sister programs around the country that are tailored to each city's specific areas of ethnic diversity and youth issues while not impacting the financial resources of the NYC area organization or the quality of its programs. The pilot for this out reach will probably be in Baltimore, <br> <br>All this, and they still consistently waste the least amount of $ of any non profit out there. I had the privilege of volunteering with NDG in Guatemala back in March right before the pandemic was declared. It was truly an honor spending a whole week with first grade children; I learned so much from them. During that week I also learned more about NDG and how it started, it was great seeing first-hand the quality of education these children receive; and how much they love attending school because it’s a safe environment where they are loved and embraced. It was inspiring seeing all the love and passion being poured from NDG employees and volunteers to this cause.
