Invite reviews from clients, volunteers, donors, board members, and partners

Ask them to share their story of the difference they've seen you make. Note - we highly recommend that you ask all sorts of people to review you, not just your most ardent fans. None of us are perfect, and people expect to see the great and the not so great yet. It's what makes you more credible.

You can do this by:

Sending an email to clients, volunteers, donors, board members, and other partners with a link to your profile page

Putting a link on your Web site

Including a link in your email newsletter

Putting a link in the signature line of your email

Putting a link on your facebook page and status updates

Tweeting out a link to your twitter followers

Using the cool GreatNonprofits badge to solicit reviews on your own website. (More info about this on your nonprofit's profile page)

the GreatNonprofits badge - charity reviews, charity ratings, best charities, best nonprofits, search nonprofits

Passing out paper Review forms

Seize the moment when you are in front of a volunteer or client to ask them to give you feedback and raise your organization's visibility. You simply print the PDF and hand them out to your clients. They can fill it out at their leisure and then send it back to GreatNonprofits. Our volunteers will enter the information into the website.
