Our resident facility, which has been providing services for over 50 years, is a place where those afflicted with both severe memtal and physical disabilities can be cared for in both a loving and professional environment . The staff of McGuire is just awesome and to experience just how they interact and care for our residents is special .

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Seeing how they work with the "clients" . It's amazing the progress that they can make with the kids that suffer with autism . Many of the clients couldn't handle attending public school, but our teachers and administrators of the McGuire shool have worked so well in helping the kids adjust to our shcool . We have seen only a small portion in many of the "victories" acheived with the kids at the school at McGuire !
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Believe it or not, there aren't any critical changes that I would make . I've been involved on boards of many other organizations, both large and small . This organization is managed so incredibly well ! The staf is very caring and the volunteers are heavily engaged in all aspects of supporting McGuire .
