I have been a volunteer, donor, and client served. This is an awesome organization. They take good care of the animals trusted in their care, they make good use of your donations, and it makes you feel good when you help out. Wonderful group of people who make a difference. There is no better place to take wildlife in need. I don't know what would happen to the thousands of animals they help if they weren't here to make a difference. Help for injured wildlife is a big need in our area.

I've seen the many animals they've helped, and had the opportunity to make a big difference to one special bird I picked up off the road.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I wish I could help them move to a more rural area. There location was remote years ago, but is now on the edges of the community which has grown over the years.
MY ROLE:
Volunteer & I worked the front desk, helping to receive new patients. I've also worked various fund raising events. I've also had the opportunity to bring in an injured animal and know that it's in good hands.
