I have known Marianne Genetti since she first conceived of INOD as a response to the frustration and uncertainty of her own undiagnosed health issues. She is a tireless worker and champion of patients and has always proceeded with the philosophy of how her organization could meet the needs of patients. Many of our conversations during the inception of INOD dealt with what she could realistically achieve.
