This organization is amazing! You don't see many non-profits actually doing the work and going out. JIA has reached many developing regions of the world, and as a smaller organization that is impressive. After viewign some of their images on their site,I was challenged to donate and I received documentation and pictures and videos of where my money went. I would like to go with JIA on a project soon - maybe to Haiti with them.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
they are real, passionate, legit and sincere. They are all volunteers even the directors that go, everyone pays there own way to make a difference. No one is paid to be apart of this org,all volunteers all the way to the top.

Ways to make it better...
I could have joined them to Haiti, but being that they need medical professionals for that project I understand. I would be more effective giving than going at this moment.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
all the other large organizations that have huge advertising budgets but much administration costs in running it.
