I am president of Family Nature Summits, a 501(c)(3) organization that hosts an annual gathering designed to get folks outdoors, learning about nature, and having fun. Our mission is to foster thoughtful stewardship of the earth. We have teamed up with Earth Force to host five families from underprivileged and under-served communities in the Denver area to take part in our 2012 Family Nature Summit in Estes Park, Colorado. Earth Force's mission is complementary with our own and we are looking forward having the Earth Force families teach us about the ways that Earth Force helps develop future leaders through community based environmental activism.
