I was so amazed and comfortable with the work environment and friendly people at the facility, I volunteered with Bat World for two more weeks after my two week internship! The hours were long, the work was good, and it was an intense, bonding and educational experience that changed me, no doubt. If invited back, I'd gladly accept the opportunity to once again work with such amazing people and animals, and I support them to this day. They're certainly an organization and rehabilitation center for animals that should be the standard to meet. Amanda and Bat World, remain strong and fly on!
