As an outsider who has been aware of First Glance, I am amazed at the dedication of the staff and the love they have for these teens. Many teens who would not otherwise have a positive place to spend time, are finding many reasons to go to First Glance. The teen mom program is filling in the gap where there has been a need. Tutoring teens, those at risk, and others adds to the service environment. And of course, the staff, at low or no salaries are so dedicated and know how to provide a fun environment within defined boundaries.
