I wanted to sincerely thank you for helping me obtain food card assistance for two of my breast cancer patients over the last year. Since we do not have a social worker on staff, our nurse navigators help with obtaining concrete services for patients. You walked me through the process and made it easy to apply for both the patients and me! The patient recipients were overjoyed with receiving this assistance from the Breast Cancer Emergency Fund.
