overcrowded and unsanitary - many cats and dogs are locked in small cages all day - rude, gossipy and unhelpful manager and office staff - they kept yelling at people - somehow charity navigator gave this place 3 out of 4 stars but that must be based only on what this organization has told them - wonder how bad a place has to be before it only gets one or two stars - should all the animals be dead?

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
visited more than once - during the workweek and on the weekend. saw an old review of this place and the person said something about these big no kill shelters tending to lose sight of what they're supposed to be doing and that person was right on the money.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
change most of the things they are doing and start doing the thing they claim to be in their mission statement.
