Little Hearts Big Smiles/Clinton County Foundation
April 30, 2011
I was going crazy, for months, trying to deal with being told my son has Aspergers. After hearing about this group I decided to go to a group meeting and was surprised to find how friendly and willing everyone was to open up what they have handled and what is going on and suggestions on what may help me. I'm more confident I can handle what is going on. When I'm down they have talked to me and made me feel like I'm part of the family. When no one understands and the world treats you like you are a bad parent, your kid is bad, they help you know you're not bad and you're child isn't bad, just misunderstood. It is a wonderful thing Little Hearts Big Smiles does for people. I would be lost still if not for them giving me guidance.
