Review for Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Irvine, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Cancer is a horrible and life changing event for the patient, as well as for friends and family. This is never more true than when the patient is a child. The Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation is dedicated to improving the care, quality of life and survival rate of children afflicted with this disease. They fill an extremely important role in the fight against cancer in children and have my vote for one of the best non-profit organizations in existence. I was never fortunate enough to have children, but have been touched by the disease as my friend's child fought the battle to survive. I donate to this cause as often as I can and wish that more people did.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

that we are helping children and fighting the battle against cancer.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

generous and sincere.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

further the battle against cancer in children and improve the life of both the children and their families.

Ways to make it better...

cancer did not exist and children were never inflicted with this terrible disease.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

the necessity of raising money for funding in a bad economy.

One thing I'd also say is that...

they do an outstanding job.

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
