Women Empowered is truly a POWERFUL group, it does things, hands-on, having an immediate and profound impact in improving the lives of women and girls, and the world generally! And we like each other very much, engaging in social and supportive activities among ourselves. Begun by the dynamic and resourceful Shelly Ulaj, it is active and "percolating happily." She and her Board are great at finding meaningful projects and activities for us.

Volunteer & mentored inner-city girls, volunteered at homeless women's shelter, read to children, many other tihngs!.
