Review for National Children's Cancer Society, Inc., St. Louis, MO, USA

Rating: 5 stars

NCCS has helped our family throughout my sons treatment for ALL by helping w/ gas money and money for food during inpatient treatments and illness stays in the hospital. Without their help I am not sure how we would have made it through the months that we spent the majority of our time in the hospital.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

how they are so eager to help, which makes our life a little less stressful.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

our personal worker, we speak to the same woman Chrsitine - every time.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

help even more families with the financial struggles that come w/ having a child w/ cancer.

Ways to make it better...

don't feel that improvements are needed, they were quick to respond and very kind and helpful during interactions.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

the current economic situation because people are less likely to donate when everyone is struggling right now.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I thank them for all of their help, I don't know where we would have been some months w/o their help.

Review for Kids Cancer Crusade, Inc., Fremont, OH, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Kids Cancer Crusade has been sending gift packages to my children since shortly after my son's diagnosis of ALL. They go above and beyond to help out these children and I support them 110% To see the smiles they bring to my kids faces when they receive their gifts is such a blessing because as KCC says "Every child's smile is beautiful, but he smile of a child w/ cancer is inspirational!" We have organized a toy drive to help KCC and plan on doing another one very soon. I urge others to show their support for KCC and to help them in any way they can because they are doing wonderful things for these children and are always trying to find other ways to help as well as to spread awareness!!!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

their drive to help in any way that they can and by always trying to find new ways to help and spread awareness.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

The founder of the organization - Jennifer.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Bring even more smiles to even more children and families of children fighting cancer and probably help the families ever more when they need it the very most!

Ways to make it better...

No need for improvement, they go above and beyond!

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

lack of donations. Though they are doing everything they can to get the word about them and what they do out and I believe it has helped in that department.

One thing I'd also say is that...

This is one organization that I will continue to support and help in any way I can for many years to come!!!
