I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
through the help they have provided to my family by helping us w/ gas money and money for food for treatment stays in the hospital. They have been a God send especially when gas prices were near 5 dollars a gallon.

do as they are doing and help w/ extra costs incurred by cancer treatments.

don't feel that improvements are needed, they were quick to respond and very kind and helpful during interactions.

the current economic situation because people are less likely to donate when everyone is struggling right now.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I thank them for all of their help, I don't know where we would have been some months w/o their help.

No need for improvement, they go above and beyond!
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
lack of donations. Though they are doing everything they can to get the word about them and what they do out and I believe it has helped in that department.
One thing I'd also say is that...
