Women's eNews

Women's eNews has been a lifeline for me. I've worked with many different women's organizations that focus on news that is important to women and I can appreciate how difficult it is to find sources that offer unbiased information. WeN has worked as a filter, too, keeping out the barrage of sensationalist stories that can mislead and misinform.

It is crucial to the education and empowerment of women that resources like WeN are available and continue to offer alternatives to the glut of calculated and biased information that assaults us daily.

discussions sparked by topics about which I've learned through the articles and resources provided. WeN gives me a chance not only to keep myself up to date regarding the issues facing women all over the world, but it's given me context for how I fit in and helped inspire me to share my knowledge and creativity with others.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

make it more available locally. Perhaps state chapters could address local women's issues for a greater sense of action and would empower more women to pay attention and take action.
