Through National Novel Writing Month and Script Frenzy, I have re-connected with my long-neglected writing life. I truly believe that I would not have done so with the same dedication and passion had it not been those events put on by this organization.

The programs offered by The Office of Letters and Light has made me re-engage in the creative activities I enjoy and once again pursue my personal dream of being a paid, professional writer.

I cannot share enough about the positive impact that both NaNoWriMo and Script Frenzy has had on my creative life. I spent nearly a decade on hiatus from writing-related activities and NaNoWriMo was just the right kick-in-the-pants when I needed.
I have participated in NaNoWriMo every year since discovering it in 2006 and Script Frenzy since its start in 2007. I cannot imagine a year going by without participating in both. (Neither can my muse!)
