To Whom It May Concern :

I had a personal experience with PPH. On December 24, 2011 my sister was admitted to PPH. Mary was transferred from another place in New Jersey. She was diagonsed with a fatal brain disease called Jacob Cruzenfeld . From the first day we were there the care and support given to Mary and my family was overwhelming.Marianne Cassizzi was instrumental in getting Mary admitted and what a geat job she did. I will always be grateful to her. I could go on and on about the great experience we had at PPH. My husband and I visted many nursing homes but when we visited the PPH we fell in love with it. The cleanliness and the the support of the staff was amazing . The staff were so personal and efficient toward Mary, it made us feel so good at a time we felt so helpless they were there. Mary passed away on January 7th and I wished with all my heart she knew of the beautiful place where she was. I know she would of loved it . We highly recommend PPH to anyone especially having gone through this sad time that we had to with our sister. I will always be grateful to PPH for there caring support and kindness to the patients. Our family will always highly recommend PPH to anyone.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

The love, care , and support they provided for my sister Mary.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Nothing I would change to PPH. It was a loving environment and great place for my sister to spend her final days.

MY ROLE:
Client Served & My sister was a client at PPH .
