There is always something new to learn from Jane and BEAT, whether on the river, in a vernal pool, tracking wildlife, improving culverts,or attending the monthly GreenDrinks discussions on native and invasive species, carbon fuels, melting sea-ice, wind and solar energy, biodiesel, hydro-fracking, and the Keystone XL pipeline. BEAT works collaboratively with the Housatonic Valley Association, churches, camps and others to bring us all closer to appreciating the environment and how to take care of it.

Shakespeare & Company, Inc.
February 28, 2011

Kevin Coleman has provided stability and longevity to programming at Shakespeare. Having known Kevin since he began the Shakespeare-in-the-Schools program over two decades ago, his presence and manner has popularized Shakespeare with our youth and their families and their friends. Kevin has made Shakespeare accessible and alive in our busy lives today. Kevin 's love of Shakespeare and youth has also reached out to troubled youth in his establishing the Shakespeare-in-the-Courts program.
Currently, Kevin's directing of the two most talented actors in the Berkshires---Josh McCabe and Ryan Winkles---appearing in The Mystery of Irma Vep demonstrates his legendary contributions to theater and the community.
Long may he run....
