TRIANGLE GAY MEN'S CHORUS
July 14, 2009

Dear Chorus Members, Thank you for allowing me the privilege to see the incredible performance of "Brave Souls and Dreamers." While I have seen a number of TGMC concerts, this one was amazing and stands in a class by itself. I can only imagine the work and effort that all of you put into that performance and I want you to know how much it was appreciated by both me and my husband. When my little brother, Bryce Reynolds, sent me the invitation (we live in Austin, Texas), I had no idea what to expect. Towards the end of the first half I turned to look at my husband to find tears streaming down his face. At intermission, I saw that most everyone in the audience was having to search for their kleenex. Even more importantly, both my husband and I felt a renewed committment to work in endeavors in our community to bring about peace. Thank you for bringing a message of joy, sorrow, and hope in troubled times to your listeners with the gift of your beautiful voices. "Brave Souls and Dreamers" is a magnificent work that needs to be heard by every American. I'm just glad I was there for what turned out to be an experience I will not forget.
