My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Lung Cancer Alliance, Washington, DC, USA
When my father died of lung cancer in 2007, I was desperate to help fight this disease. The Lung Cancer Alliance not only welcomed me with open arms but also pointed me in the right direction, listened to my story, and provided some amazing support during a really tough time.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Their attitude, willingness to help and desperation to fight this disease.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
AMAZING PEOPLE - true heroes.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Activate more awareness, reach more people and hopefully put a dent into the funding for research / early detection.
