Helping Out Pets Everyday
July 8, 2009

This organization deserves applause 24/7 for finding homes for animals. The volunteers give so much love and dedication without expecting anything in return except to find loving homes for the animals. All potential adopters must fill out an application and have an at-home visit to insure the placement is appropriate. The group of volunteers spends countless hours covering the care and feeding of cats at a local major pet store. They also foster cats and small/medium size dogs. Cats and dogs are pulled from the shelter when ever possible to save their lives. If it were not for H.O.P.E. many countless animals would be euthanized. Thanks goodness we have this organization in our city.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

The successful adoption of cats and dogs from the local shelter.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Continue to have Margaret be in charge!

More feedback

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The group words great as a team!!!

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Committed to saving the lives of cats and dogs.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Save countless cats and dogs who would otherwise be euthanized.

Ways to make it better...

We had more volunteers.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Volunteers and financial support from the community.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I feel very proud of this organization. I wish I could spend more time helping the group. They are delightful people!

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

MY ROLE:
Volunteer & I help at a pet store once a month with shelter cats in an attempt to get them adopted instead of having them euthanized by the shelter when there is no longer any more room.
