I have removed all donations to this organization for the following reasons. The organization has fallen apart in supports to consumers and staff. The place was appreciative of all people served and staff. I have known this organization for over 12 years and have seen in the last 3 years a great misjustice to the staff and consumers. When you purchase office material and the Executive miss handles money you then lose quality to consumers and staff. Sad when the consumers need something it is a no but the office needs a coffee pot no problem here is $100.00. When the Executive has a temper issue which all Board Members and some Public are aware of how could the staff possible work to the best of their ability. When staff is made fun of by the Executive and harassed with the economy what are they to do? The consumers are judged on the behavior not abilities by the Executive. He has made comments such as "those people", "If this place shuts down that is life." I would of never heard this from the past Executive's. Makes me sick to my stomach. I could go on and on regarding this organization but enough is enough I would never send myself or any one else to this establishment.
