Questionable practice of making the adoption fees "tax deductible". No accountability for their revenue or funds. ALWAYS file 990 late, and let their incorporation lapse with the state of Tennessee.

Although I agreee with their mission, they don't seem to know how to achieve it long term. They are constantly in a financial hole, & they have no long term plans, just short term crisis management.
