This is a extremely beneficial organization as it supports music education in our schools. With the continuing cutbacks, music and other arts are suffering. The American Drum Line Association has provided fund-raising opportunities for schools through well organized, well run, competitive events for over 28 years. Member groups can compete at one or more of the 10 Divisions offered. This organization also supports community groups and is one of the few to offer programs for Junior and Middle Schools.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in many different ways. Being involved since the beginning, i have witnessed growth, acceptance and change from the members. Their satisfaction with ADLA is seen by their continual annual participation. I have also seen students accelerate through the education process and many now have their degree's and have returned to the organization as members, board members and adjudicators.
