Collinsville Child Care Center not only provides quality child care for low income families, but it also provides a wonderful program for at risk minority boys. The "Teen Tot Project" teaches young African American and Hispanic teenage boys the responsibility of working in the day care center, mentoring, job skills, training and a safe place for them to feel needed. It has changed the lives of many young men.
