This organization was founded more than 30 years ago. It's primary purpose is to preserve the history of railroads, and educate the general public about the role railroads have played in the development of the country, with special attention to those railroads that serve Sheboygan county, Wisconsin. The Society constructed a museum housing numerous railroad antiques, along with sever operating model displays that demonstrate how railroads do their job, both past and present.
