The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
At first. visiting the museum brought a pleasantly surprising experience of education. The education and culture obtained through the history presented and the knowledge of the curator to instill this on tours and presentations is phenomonal.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would continue to work on the fundraising for the building fund, because the changes that need to be made are more space for the wonderful collection of rare photos, books and artifacts, and the setup of the electronic presentations and genealogy areas.
More feedback
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
that the wealth of educational, historical and cultural information was of great proportion.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Very courteous and knowledgeable. The Curator's knowledge and experience were phonomenal.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
build an exquisite museum building and expand their presentations and exhibits to great depths and become one of the best museums in the country.
Ways to make it better...
they would have already been in their new building that they are fundraising for so that the video presentations could have been available.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Fundraising and establishing the new building
One thing I'd also say is that...
the quarry industry in Maine and in the rest of the U.S. as well, is of great significance in that it also provides part of the history of our nation at a young age and an avenue (through this museum) for the genealogy of the families of quarrymen past.
