We are a small and focused non-profit that is making real impact in the lives of disadvantaged youth in Kenya! A 100% volunteer run organization where nearly all of the funding goes directly into programs. Our approaches and holistic and based on cultivating community owned change through education and capacity development

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the high rates of employment of its graduates. Our youth graduate with confidence and vision to make a better life for themselves with their training/education. They also give back by mentoring other SFH students!

expand its model of mentorship and education to transform a much wider membership of this generation of young people in Kenya. They would also expand work to Tanzania, Congo and Ethiopia! It could also hire some staff to manage this growth
