My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Fortworth Medtech Center Inc, Fort Worth, TX, USA
In March, 2010, I engaged TECH Fort Worth to provide guidance in building a medical device company. By June they had us prepared to present at the Rice Alliance Venture Forum where we won a prestigious award recognized as "One of the most promising life science companies in America". Since that time we have closed our Friends & Family round of funding and are working on Series A funding. None of this would have been possible without the crystal clear guidance and support of their staff. I tell everybody how important TECH Fort Worth has been to our success.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
guidance and consultation.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very professional and experienced in life sciences.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
serve the community by reaching and helping other entrepreneurs at greatly discounted rates, which is of paramount importance when starting a company.
Ways to make it better...
they had more money to hire additional staff
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
time constraints and funding.
One thing I'd also say is that...
the state and city of Fort Worth should continue funding TECH Fort Worth.
