The Humane Society of the United States
April 6, 2009

This organization does not care for animals. They do not operate any shelters nor do they donate money in any significant sums to suffering animals. They are an ANIMAL RIGHTS group who would like to see the end of all animal ownership and use. And that includes an end to hunting, Zoos, meat eating, companion animals, working animals, service animals and any and all combinations of human-animal bonds. Wayne Pacelle is the President of HSUS these are HIS own words: “I don’t have a hands-on fondness for animals…To this day I don’t feel bonded to any non-human animal. I like them and I pet them and I’m kind to them, but there’s no special bond between me and other animals.” Wayne Pacelle quoted in Bloodties: Nature, Culture and the Hunt by Ted Kerasote, 1993, p. 251. "We have no ethical obligation to preserve the different breeds of livestock produced through selective breeding. . One generation and out. We have no problem with the extinction of domestic animals. They are creations of human selective breeding." Wayne Pacelle, Senior VP of Humane Society of the US, formerly of Friends of Animals and Fund for Animals, Animal People, May, 1993 "We are going to use the ballot box and the democratic process to stop all hunting in the United States ... We will take it species by species until all hunting is stopped in California. Then we will take it state by state. Wayne Pacelle, Senior VP Humane Society of the US (HSUS), formerly of Friends of Animals and Fund for Animals, Full Cry Magazine, October 1, 1990. "Human population growth is ultimately one of the most significant that we as a movement have to grapple with. It's a simple equation that more consumers translates into more animals raised for food….For the sake of the animals, there's nothing more powerful than changing your diet." Wayne Pacelle, Vegan.com , October 1998. JP Goodwin Self proclaimed Csar of HSUS Dog fighting division. "We have found that civil disobedience and direct action has been powerful in generating massive attention in our communities ... and has been very effective in traumatizing our targets." JP Goodwin, Committee to Abolish the Fur Trade, National Animal Rights Convention '97, June 27, 1997, now employed by the Humane Society of the United States "My goal is the abolition of all animal agriculture." JP Goodwin, employed at the Humane Society of the US, formerly at Coalition to Abolish the Fur Trade, as quoted on AR-Views, an animal rights Internet discussion group in 1996.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Multimillion dollar conglomerant.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Use the money to help animals not move forward and animal rights agenda.

More feedback

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Nothing.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Animal Rights activists who feel there should be no human animal bond. Liars and misleaders.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

It has 10 times that amount look at its tax forms. They do nothing to help animals and use the money to promote their AR agenda.

Ways to make it better...

They actually cared for animals.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

They are infiltrated by Animal Rights activist who do not see any human animal bond.

One thing I'd also say is that...

Donate to your local no Kill shelter and rescues leave these guys alone. Supporting them will only result in a world without animals.

Best Friends Animal Society
April 6, 2009

Best Friends is no longer a honest organization. They like HSUS and PETA decieve people into believing they love animals. Nothing is futher from the truth. They love money and fame.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Taking in difficult dogs that would be put down in society.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Get rid of the entire staff and hire those who actual love and care for animals.

Nothing

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

under the opinion that the only fix was total isolation of man from animals. No companion animals ever.

It has 10 million bucks and does nothing to help animals with it.

Ways to make it better...

If they truly loved animals.
