Pet Project for Pets, Inc.
July 22, 2010

I have a pet rescue, so we get people giving up their pets all the time but not everyone wants to, they just need financial help. The Pet Project has been able to help some of the terminally ill people keep their pets by providing pet food and veterinarian care. For pet lovers not being to have you fur kid is heartbreaking especially when you are going through a devastating time. The Pet Project also places the pets in qualifies home when their owners pass. Their cause has blessed many people and pets all over the country!

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Sometimes I have been thanked he ill pet owner, after, for connecting them to The Pet Project. Their positive effect on lives goes far beyond my direct experience as other rescuers & people in our local S. Fl. pet community this this group praise!

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Give them more funding so they couple help more people and pets.

More feedback

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Knowing the people and the pet can be together.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Kind and compassionate.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Expand to help people having hard financial times not just the terminally ill. This would in turn save more pets lives since so many are being given up to high kill shelters in our current economy so millions of healthy pets die for lack of shelter space.

Ways to make it better...

In my dealings with them, I haven't had any problems or been able to see ways to enhance their organization, except money! That is the key for all of our Non-Profits!

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

They have a dedicated people running it, they just need money. Like my dog rescue, one dogs vetting can cost us thousands of dollars! So we do fundraisers every other week to pay for vet care.

One thing I'd also say is that...

This organization helps enhance peoples lives and saves pets lives.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every month

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
