The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
I have devoted countless hours and personal money to see it grow.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Depend more on God and less on myself.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
they have high integrity and care about others.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
professional athletes, inner city at risk teens, high school honor students, quality coaches, and great partnership programs like Arch.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Create a larger scholarship fund for youth and parents who can't afford sports, build a quality facility where we hire quality people to run it and continue to run camps and leagues at an affordable rate.
Ways to make it better...
I would have spent some nights letting go of my ideas and focusing more on my family.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Staying organized and generating enough income to keep us afloat. We get bounced checks every season and have rising gym costs, official costs, and equipment costs.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I love watching young athletes gain confidence so they can go out and impact the world in a positive manner. They don't have to be the best athlete but learn what it takes to work with a team, compete, and look after the needs of others.
