The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Mobilize people in the area: to implement its Vision Mission GOals (VMG), trained people to raise funds, perhaps create a peoples cooperative wherein community members will manage themselves.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
I enjoyed working with the less privilege people in the community..i can see the inner beauty in their spirit as they are doing this for HIS glory!
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Staff and volunteers here work as a team, one family. It is always what they can give and offer to others. Always visible whenever you need them.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Wow..its VMG (Vision, Mission, Goals) will be attained: build a Payatas Baptist community: comprising a decent building for church, cinic, school and a self sufficient community!
Ways to make it better...
Each member will be given clear role, and perhaps i myself can perform better if i do it in my own initiative..and would not wait for Ptr. Jack to call my attention/
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
to continue to operate in the whole community in uplifting its moral, economic and spiritual life, not only relying on supporters donations but to be a SELF RELIANCE organization.
One thing I'd also say is that...
if this organization has enough funding it can hone the skills of members to provide decent lives, God fearing individuals!
