In the past two years, H&H has grown phenomenally in the impact to the rural poor in southeastern Nigeria. Not only have they renovated a hospital, drilled a borehole for fresh water and sent a huge container of gently used medical supplies to help improve care in the region, but they are actively gaining government involvement by working hand in hand with Rotary Clubs. Attention is being drawn too the plight of the poor in a big way. In January 2010, over 4500 patients were served in a two week free medical clinic, providing surgeries, medicines and dental care free of charge...amazing!!
