The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
its caring atmosphere and the devotion the staff gives to each and every client who attends CADES.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
try to help renovate and repair the tired facility at CADES to make it more efficient, make it totally handicapped accessible, bright and cheerful and environmentally sound to clients, staff and the administration.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the wonderful feeling knowing that the children and adults at CADES are loved and cared for by compassionate and talented people, and that my family has benefitted from this devotion for the past 30 years, becoming friends for life.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
caring, talented, compassionate and selfless.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
serve the clients as they have for the past 50 years without the worry of moving from multiple locations and without the worry of governmental funds being cut.
Ways to make it better...
I had realized earlier in my life the goodness exhibited by those affiliated with CADES.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
obtaining the funds to make the renovations and repairs to the facility necessary to become a safe, sound building to give the clients the care they deserve.
One thing I'd also say is that...
if it weren't for the leadership of Bill Benson and Claire Molton these past 30+ years this organization would not be the wonderful school that it is today.
