Review for Girl Scouts Seal Of Ohio Council, Inc., Columbus, OH, USA
Girl Scouting is all about providing opportunities for girls to develop leadership, learn about the world around them, start a lifetime of service to their community, and have fun with girls who share those values. Exploring themes from a variety of experiences and approaches as the badgework requires makes the girls understand that a single approach or though isn't all there is to know. Our troop of sixteen 6th graders are better school citizens and community citizens because of their Girl Scout experience!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
As a leader it is such satisfaction and fun when the girls confidently take on a leadership role. They have morphed from expecting to be led to leading and it is wonderful!
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
The Service Unit volunteers are such a dedicated and committed group. The staff liason to our service unit is terrific too!
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Produce effective publicity to inspire other women to step up to be leaders and other girls to join in. Secondly, it could improve our camp sites so that more girls could experience the lessons nature teaches us.
