Their website lists that they are up and running as a camp. It tells of the chapel, the dining hall, and cabins. All of which do not exist. At this point, it is land filled with rusted cars, collapsing buildings, and no facilities. Photos on the website are stock photos made to appear that they actually have camps up and running.

there is nothing to experience, unless wandering around wondering where the buildings and camp are is your kind of experience.
