JUBILEE WOMEN'S CENTER
May 25, 2010
For over 25 years, the Jubilee Women's Center has provided transitional housing for women who are homelessness in Seattle. Hundreds of women have entered Jubilee's doors in search of a safe, supportive place to live and to learn while they're regaining the confidence, skills and support they need to move into permanent, affordable housing.
The agency's success is a reflection of the leadership and support of donors, volunteers and members of the community, the commitment of staff and Board, and the courage and perserverence of the gifted and talented residents.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
hearing how Juibilee has helped to change women's lives. Many residents have shared their stories and described how they are more confident and are able to walk with their heads up as a result of living at Jubilee.
