From the moment I learned about Running Start I knew I would be interested, after meeting the founders and all of the volunteers I knew I would constantly be inspired. Every woman I've met and every young participant I've encountered has helped me the importance of getting women involved in politics at every level. My time with Running Start has given me some of my greatest moments in DC, and I could not ask a better and more diverse group to be a part of.
The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Getting good numbers to turnout for their events.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Do a few more events where the volunteers could get to know each other. Plan path to politics series in more metro accessible areas.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Working so closely with the founders and board members.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Very friendly and outgoing.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Catch the US up to speed with having as many woman leaders as it deserves, while inspiring more younger woman to be a part of those numbers.
Ways to make it better...
There could be a little bit more clear communication between some board members and volunteers.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Lack of staff.
When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
