Kidpower Teenpower Fullpower International (known as Kidpower)

The instructor, Anne and Sterling, did a great job leading the workshop. They thoroughly covered skills and techniques that will be useful to this particular group of students and did it in a fun and engaging way. They made everyone very comfortable and gave great, constructive feedback. The majority of the participants were women and they created an environment where the women could get out of their shells a bit, use their voice, and realize how strong they are and that they can defend themselves. Since this workshop was targeted to a specific and unique group, I was impressed how easily Anne and Sterling adapted things to reflect the fact that students may be using these techniques in another country and language. They did a great job and I'd highly recommend the organization.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
that I now have better knowledge of what to do in a situation where I am attacked or threatened by someone and know that a little force or even just my voice can go a long way.
