This group helped me to avoid an unnecessary hysterectomy. I learned that I had more options than those presented to me by my doctor. I became informed, empowered, and confident in the choice that I ultimately made to remove my fibroids that were making me miserable. Thanks to the group, I have my uterus, and my symptoms have greatly improved.
