I was lucky enough to be able to work with ICA on three different occasions in Ethiopia. I was able to see ICA support people in helping people to help themselves to support theirselves. It was amazing to watch them in action and to be a part of it. I also was able to meet some girls rescued off the streets and given the means to expand themselves. The joy and relief on their faces are priceless. I feel such an honor to know ICA,see them in action and have been a part of such a blessing.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I now sponsor a young girl in Ethiopia and am honored to watch her grow and develop into a productive young lady. I know this would not have been her future without ICA.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Not a thing.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

They are organized and know the needs so we get right to what needs to get done. And not only do they care for the people of Ethiopia, they also care for the volunteers and their needs.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

The staff and volunteers are giving and loving. You always see someone doing extra for people and giving of their own personal items to make someone elses life easier.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Save alot of starving people and get alot of girls off the street.

Ways to make it better...

If I could have had more time off tho help.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

The needs are great and not enough volunteers and money.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About once a year

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

2008
