My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for A PEACEFUL HABITATION & AFTERCAREMINISTRY, Albuquerque, NM, USA
My experience with A Peaceful Habitation (APH) has been a blessing from God. I am currently a mentor for APH and have found more joy and have learned more from these women then I ever thought I would. It's an amazing gift to give a woman recently released from prison/jail, a home to go to, a roof over their head, a meal in their stomach, electricity, hot water and not even need to worry how they will get it. These women have a stepping stone back into society and will be empowered and more likely to succeed with the help from APH! I Thank God everyday for finding APH!
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the experience strength and hope it has given these women.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
help more women that have made a bad choice turn their lives around. These women are not bad people, but ones that have had struggles in their lives and have felt there wasn't any other way to live or achieve what they were seeking.
Ways to make it better...
I found this organization earlier in life! I feel I could have made a difference in more woman's lives.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
financial, this organization runs on donations alone and could do so much more if there were a couple more helping hands out there.
One thing I'd also say is that...
hopefully God will provide the funds and the volunteers needed to keep this place running. It truly is gift from above.
