I learned about BeadforLife through another non-profit organization, Dining For Women. I was so impressed with thier mission and the beautiful jewelry, that I decided to become a Community Partner Volunteer. Everywhere I go with the beads, people are always so impressed.

As a BeadforLife Community Partner Volunteer I have the privelige of speaking to groups and organizations about how BeadforLife is helping to elimiante extreme poverty in Uganda. I also have the joy of selling the beautiful jewelry made from recycled paper and shea products, all made by the women of BeadforLife, knowing that each woman is paid a fair wage. By being a volunteer, I know that jewelry and shea butter are turned into medicine, food, schoolfees and most of all hope. I am extremely proud to represent BeadforLife in Ohio, USA.

My experience with Dining For Women continues to be one of education, friendship and of course, good food! My chapter members and I are always impressed with the materials available, the informatione we learn about different cultures and about the amazing organizations that are assisting women and children living in extreme poverty. After more than 5 years, the Massill Ohio chapter continues to meet monthly and looks forward to what the next 5 years bring!

As a Social Worker and a Minister, I am often in a position to help others. Most people are not offered those opportunities on a daily basis. I have been a chapter leader for Dining For Women since February 2006. The women who attend our dinners are offered opportunities to help women, to learn about different cultures and traditions and share some of who they are in order to make a real difference. This is an escellant organization.

learning so much about the women of our world who struggle everyday to survive and to keep their families alive. I have also experienced the importance of women's philathropic contributions to the many grass root efforts to help others.
